Tactical Medicine
This course is designed for security professionals, close protection officers and operational personnel working in high-risk environments. Building on TECC fundamentals, participants will train advanced medical skills under realistic stress conditions – including gunshot and blast injuries, team coordination and individual role responsibility in operational casualty care.
Voraussetzungen
Minimum age 18 years, professional security or operational experience, TECC for Civilians recommended, physical fitness

- Principles of tactical emergency medicine in operational contexts
- Recognising, treating and prioritising shock
- Cardiac and medical emergencies in the field
- Burns and blast/IED-related injuries
- Stab wounds – first response and wound management
- Gunshot wounds – entry, exit and channel injuries
- Fracture management and immobilisation under pressure
- Realistic scenario training with stress inoculation
- Team drills and individual role responsibility
- Patient handover and evacuation protocol
